The Academy for Classical Education is providing public notice of its intent to award a contract to utilizing an existing Consortium/Cooperative Purchasing agreement with Omnia ¿ Shaw Integrated & Turf Solutions #R220504 for the installation of an artificial turf system on the football/soccer field. Shaw Integrated & Turf Solutions has been identified as the supplier for this purchase for the reasons stated in the attached Cooperative Justification Form. Any supplier capable of providing the identified goods/services at the same or better value may challenge this determination by filing a written protest with Pat Kelly, CFO Academy for Classical Education (pat.kelly@acemacon.org). The protest must be received prior to the closing date and time identified herein.
