Description
Purpose of Procurement
Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide Printing and Distribution of Terry Magazine to The University of Georgia as further described in this eRFP. An Agency Contract will be awarded to a single responding supplier with the highest total score with whom UGA is able to negotiate terms and conditions to the satisfaction of both parties. The term of the contract will be for an initial period of one (1) year with four (4) annual renewals available at UGA's discretion.
