The selected offeror shall furnish sufficient organization, personnel and management staff with the necessary skill and judgment to perform all the duties and responsibilities normally associated with the inspection function including scheduling and inspections of prospective units and units currently under the GHVP. All physical inspections will be conducted in accordance with the HUD Housing Quality Standards (HQS) according to the code of federal regulations 982.401 which refers to the Housing Quality Standards (HQS) for housing assisted under the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program.
