Description
The project consists of the following:
1. Engineering and Technology Lab, as shown in the Contract Documents:
a. Interior renovations to the existing construction lab to create a new
Engineering and Technology Lab.
b. New interior finishes.
c. New power and lighting.
d. New HVAC.
e. Exterior site work and shelter.
f. Fire alarm and fire suppression work.
g. All related demolition.
2. Esports Venue, as shown in the Contract Documents:
a. Interior renovations to the existing Auditorium to create a new Esports
Venue.
b. New interior finishes.
c. New power and lighting.
d. HVAC system modifications.
e. Fire alarm and fire suppression work.
f. Adjustment of ceilings, light fixtures, HVAC grilles/diffusers, and fire
alarm and fire suppression adjacent to new enclosing wall at the perimeter
of the Esports Venue.
g. All related demolition.
