This External Evaluator will develop tools, collect data, and prepare reports summarizing project status, summarizing project success and challenges as it relates to the LEAD DeKalb Initiative. The External Evaluator will share insights, common, lessons learned and make recommendations to the Program as well as present evaluation findings for CDC site visits and other grant recipients. This Evaluator will provide expert guidance to program staff and stakeholders per its evaluation of the LEAD DeKalb initiative.
