The City of Statesboro is soliciting for sealed bids for a natural gas system improvement project from qualified contractors for the furnishing of material, labor, tools, skill, equipment and incidentals for the construction and installation of the Candler County Industrial Park Gas Main, Metter, Georgia. Sealed bids will be received by the City of Statesboro until Wednesday, April 24, 2024, at 3:00 PM EST at the office of Darren Prather, Central Services Director, located at 22 West Grady Street, Statesboro, GA 30458. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to Darren Prather, Director of Central Services ¿ Purchasing Division, 22 West Grady Street, Statesboro, GA 30458 via FedEx, UPS, USPS, or hand-delivered. Emailed bids and bids received after the designated time will not be considered. The City of Statesboro reserves the right to reject any or all bids if the City of Statesboro believes that it would not be in the best interest of the City of Statesboro.
