DCSD is seeking proposals from qualified offerors with professional qualifications, technical competence, and specialized experience to establish formal partnerships with educator preparation program providers in accordance with the scope of work in Part III of this RFP.
To fill vacancies in critical areas and ensure a quality education for every student, the District is seeking to create its own teacher pipeline by establishing formal partnerships with high-quality Educator Preparation Program Providers (EPP). This provider in collaboration with the district will create an opportunity for talented individuals to complete a clearly articulated, no-cost, district sponsored Teacher Residency Program.
