Bids will be received at Hart County Water & Sewer Authority, 200 Arthur Street, Hartwell, GA 30643 until 12:00 p.m. on December 14, 2023. Any bid received after said time and date of bid opening will not be considered by OWNER. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at this time and location.

The Project consists of, but is not limited to the following major elements:

Approximately 9,795 L.F. of 10-inch PVC waterline, 9,481 L.F. of 8-inch PVC waterline, 7,005 L.F. of 6-inch PVC waterline, 2,392 L.F. of 2-inch PVC waterline, 175 L.F. of 10-inch Horizontal Directional Drilling, 220 L.F. of 8-inch Horizontal Directional Drilling, 580 L.F. of 10-inch freebores, 230 L.F. of 8-inch freebores, 650 L.F. of 6-inch freebores, 190 L.F. of 2-inch freebores, fire hydrant assemblies, valves, installation of an owner provided pressure reducing valve vault, approximately 60 service connections, and related appurtenances.
