Sealed BIDS for 2024 Resurfacing and Restoration Project will be received by Upson
County at the City/ County Meeting Road located at 106 East Lee Street, Suite 140,
Thomaston, GA until 11:00 AM, Local Time on April 12, 2024 and then at said office
will be publicly opened and read aloud. The project includes the resurfacing and
associated work within the right-of-way of 3 roads in Upson County for a total of 5.98
miles of resurfacing. The 13 roads to be resurfaced are as follows: Adams Ferry Road
(2.24 mi), John B. Gordon (3.34 mi), and River Bend Road (0.4 mi).

A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 11:00 AM, Local Time on March 28,
2024 at the Thomaston-Upson County Senior Center, 302 South Bethel Street, Main Floor
Meeting Room, Thomaston, GA 30286. Project scheduling, coordination requirements,
and questions of interpretation will be addressed at this time.
