MONROE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
MONROE COUNTY, GEORGIA

Sealed Bids for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment and appurtenances necessary for installation of Water Services in the Juliette Area Water System, in Monroe County, Georgia will be received by the Monroe County Board of Commissioners in the Board Room on the 3rd Floor of the Monroe County Administration Building at 38 West Main Street, Forsyth, Georgia 31029 until 10:00 A.M. local time, on Thursday, August 17, 2023, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

All bid questions must be submitted to the Engineer by 5:00 P.M. on August 11, 2023.

The Project consists of the furnishing and installing approximately 1,600 linear feet of 2 inch crosslinked polyethylene (PEXa) tubing, approximately 300 linear feet of 1 inch crosslinked polyethylene (PEXa) tubing, and approximately 17 meter boxes along with associated, valves, fittings, trenching, directional drilling and connections to the existing water mains at East Redding Road and Hill Top Street in Juliette, Georgia.

Hard Copies of Contract Documents may be obtained at the office of the Engineer, Carter Engineering Group, LLC, 6310 Peake Road, Suite 200, Macon, Georgia 31210, upon payment of $100.00, non-refundable, for each set.
