C.        New Transportation Facility:

1.        Asphalt and concrete paving, fencing, motorized gates with access control.
2.        Fuel island with pre-engineered metal canopy along with natural gas, diesel and gasoline tanks and pumps.
3.        Bus wash equipment and outbuilding.
4.        Pre-engineered metal building for Office and Bus Shop with in-ground bus lifts and miscellaneous shop equipment.
5.        Split-face CMU masonry veneer around office portion of building.
6.        Single wythe split-face CMU masonry around shop portion of building.
7.        Office finishes include composite material textile (CMT) , LVT, quarry tile, acoustical ceiling panel systems, painted concrete block partitions.
8.        FRP exterior doors, wood interior doors, motorized overhead doors.
9.        Plastic toilet compartments.
10.        Plumbing, HVAC, Lighting, Low Voltage and Power systems.
D.        Existing Transportation Facility:

1.        Building renovations apply to the front office portion of building.
2.        Remove roof system down to the metal deck and install new TPO roof system over new rigid insulation board. Replace roof curbs at HVAC units.
3.        Replace parapet wall copings and flashings.
4.        Replace downspouts and collector boxes.
5.        Replace floor finishes with LVT and composite material textile (CMT).
6.        Remove and replace acoustical ceiling panel systems.
7.        Paint existing concrete block partitions.
8.        Plumbing, Lighting and Fire Alarm System replacement.
