Description
The City of Woodstock, Georgia, herein referred to as the City, is soliciting qualifications from
experienced firms to provide engineering design services for the project listed below. This RFQ
seeks to identify innovative, professional planning and design providers experienced in trail
planning and design, the Plan Development Process and carrying out actions and procedures
under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). The Scope of Services for the project
listed are detailed in Exhibit E.
The Consultant shall provide development of preliminary construction plans, signing and
marking plans, final right¿of¿way plans (including revisions), erosion control plans, preliminary
and final trail plans, staging plans and final construction plans (including revisions through
project final acceptance) and construction services. All required engineering studies are
considered part of the scope of services. All deliverables shall be in accordance with but not
limited to the Plan Development Process, Electronic Data Guidelines, Plan Presentation Guide,
National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Categorical Exclusion (CE) and the Georgia
Department of Transportation (GDOT) Environmental Procedures Manual. The consultant
should prepare all plans as per the latest GDOT PPG or EDG guidelines/requirements.
