Description


Purpose of the eRFI
This electronic Request for Information (eRFI) is being issued to solicit information from interested suppliers with respect to Digital Marketing ServicesĀ for the University of Georgia (hereinafter, the State Entity) as further described in this eRFI. The State Entity will use the information generated by this eRFI in conjunction with other information available to the State Entity to determine the solution that it is in the best interests of the State Entity to fulfill this need.
The University of Georgia (UGA) Finance and Administration Division is seeking a marketing solution that will provide Digital marketing services, including strategic advice, creative preparation, and execution of campaigns. Advertising to include but not limited to: pay per click campaigns, remarketing list for search advertising, outreach display, retargeting display, mobile location targeting, ip targeting, LinkedIn conversation ads (lead gen), LinkedIn sponsored content (lead gen and non-lead gen), Facebook and Instagram behavioral, list, lookalike (lead gen and non-lead gen) as well as retargeting, and Youtube pre-roll. Includes preparation of media plans based on analysis of desired target audience availability on platforms and budget limitation. Copy preparation for all non-display ads. SEO and Slate consulting as needed.
These digital marketing efforts promote the Terry College brand and serve as enrollment marketing for the Online MBA, Executive MBA, Professional MBA, Full-Time MBA, Pathway MBA, Business Minor, Master of Business and Technology, Master of Science in Business Analytics, and multiple Executive Education programs.
At a minimum, the marketing solution should meet the following requirements.

Exclusive to higher education
Qualify as a Google Premier partner
Linkedin dedicated support partner

This RFI is being conducted to elicit feedback from potential suppliers on the requirements, cost strategy, terms and conditions contained in this RFI. Interested suppliers should answer the questions below in order to provide a complete response to the RFI.
