City of Social Circle
Heritage Park – Town Park Drainage Improvements
February 2023
Sealed bids will be received by the City of Social Circle, Georgia, for furnishing all materials, labor, tools,
equipment, and any other miscellaneous items necessary for the Heritage Park – Town Park Drainage
Improvements. The City of Social Circle is located in southwest Walton County.
Bids should be submitted to Robbie Groves, City of Social Circle Public Works Director no later than 2:00 P.M.
on Thursday, March 30, 2023. Submit bids at City Hall, 166 N Cherokee Road, Social Circle, GA 30025. Any bids
received after said time and date will not be considered by the City of Social Circle. Bids will be publicly opened
and read aloud at this time and location. All bids will be evaluated by the City of Social Circle and the project will
be awarded, if it is awarded, within 45 days of the bid opening.

The successful contractor must provide proof of workers compensation and liability insurance with the City of
Social Circle named as additional insured. The City of Social Circle reserves the right to waive any informalities or
to reject any or all bids, and to accept any Bid which in its opinion may be in the best interest of the City.
A Contractor Affidavit verifying compliance with the Federal Work Authorization Program known as E-Verify
must be submitted with each bid. This form must be notarized.
CONTRACTORS and SUBCONTRACTORS will be required to complywithallFederal,State, and local laws.
