MONROE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

Sealed Bids for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment and appurtenances necessary for Lake Shore Drive Storm Drainage Repair will be received by the Monroe County Board of Commissioners in the Board Room on the 3rd Floor of the Monroe County Administration Building at 38 West Main Street, Forsyth, Georgia 31029 until 11:00 A.M. local time, on Thursday, January 12, 2023, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

All bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting at the same location at 10:00 AM. local time on January 5, 2023. All bid questions must be submitted to the Owner in written form by 5:00 P.M. on January 6, 2023. The Bidder should attend the pre-bid meeting in its entirety.

The Project consists of removing and replacing approximately 60 LF of 48 inch diameter storm drain and approximately 511 square yards of full depth HMA reconstruction on Lake Shore Drive.

Hard Copies of Contract Documents may be obtained by contacting Lindsey Harris at the Office of the Engineer listed above. A non-refundable fee of $200.00 will be charged for hard copies.
