The Peachtree City Airport Authority will receive bids for the Terminal Apron Expansion project at
the Atlanta Regional Airport-Falcon Field. All bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. on Monday,
April 15, 2024, at the Atlanta Regional Airport ¿ Falcon Field, Airport Terminal Building, 7 Falcon
Drive, Peachtree City, GA 30269. No bids will be accepted after the deadline.
Bids will be opened at 2:00 p.m. on Monday April 15th, 2024, in the Atlanta Regional Airport ¿
Falcon Field, Airport Terminal Building, 7 Falcon Drive, Peachtree City, GA 30269.
The work is generally described as follows:
The scope of this project is for the construction of the Terminal Apron Expansion at the Atlanta
Regional Airport ¿ Falcon Field. General activities include grading, drainage, utility
adjustments, concrete paving, alternate asphalt paving, erosion control measures, and pavement
markings.

A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 26, 2024, in the
conference room at Atlanta Regional Airport ¿ Falcon Field, Airport Terminal Building, 7 Falcon
Drive, Peachtree City, GA 30269. Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid
Conference.

Bid security in the form of a bid bond equal to 5% of the total bid is required. Contract security in the
form of 100% Performance and 100% Payment Bonds will be required.
No bid may be withdrawn after the time scheduled for opening of bids and for a period of One
Hundred Twenty (120) days beyond.
