WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITY EXPANSION to 0.95 MGD
FOR THE
CITY OF HOSCHTON, GEORGIA

Owner will receive printed and electronic copies of Statements of Qualifications demonstrating the Proposer¿s qualifications and ability to provide CMAR services and construct the Project at the Hoschton City Hall, 61 City Square, Hoschton, Georgia, 30548 until 2:00 pm on March 15, 2024. After that time, Owner will no longer accept Statements of Qualifications. See Requests for Qualifications for details on preparing and submitting the Statement of Qualifications. CMAR services are to be provided under a single contract.

The Project consists of, but is not limited to the following major elements:

Expansion of the existing Water Reclamation Facility (0.50 MGD to 0.95 MGD). Major components include new headworks, oxidation facility, 2 each center feed clarifiers, new treatment building with sludge dewatering and disinfection, effluent lift station and forcemain to off-site discharge; sludge pumping set up, chemical feed, digester, demolition of existing phase separator steel tank, grading, and associated piping, electrical and modifications to existing facilities.
