The purpose of this invitation is to solicit written proposals from qualified contractors for the construction of a Sanitary Sewer Lift Station for The City of Richmond Hill. Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Richmond Hill, Attention: Nathan Clark, Assistant City Manager, 40 Richard R. Davis Dr., Richmond Hill, GA 31324 for hand or express delivery; for standard mailed documents send to P.O. Box 250, Richmond Hill, Georgia 31324 by 2:00 P.M., March 14, 2024.

This work will include all equipment, materials, supplies, labor, and all other costs associated with grading the site, construction of an access road, demolition of the existing lift station and construction of the stormwater system, water and sewer system and installation of the lift station. A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held at 2:00 P.M on Thursday, February 29, 2024, at 40 Richard R. Davis Drive, Richmond Hill, Georgia 31324. Only official plan holders will be allowed to attend the pre-bid conference.

Proposals will not be accepted from companies that are not present at the mandatory pre-proposal conference.
