Description
The Evans County Charter School System (ECCSS) is seeking competitive sealed proposals for installation of a deep water well at Claxton High School 600 Hendrix Street, Claxton, GA 30417.
This contract/agreement shall cover purchase and installation of a deep water well.
The vendor is responsible for providing
4’ galvanized steel casing limestone well cemented in, pumped under pressure
7.5 HP 3 phase pump, motor, and starter
20 gallon bladder tank
2” cycle stop valve
2” galvanized drop pipe
12-3 wire
All fitting to plumb tank
All technical questions regarding this RFP should be directed in writing, preferably by email, to Dr. Jordan. Questions shall be submitted no later than 12:00 p.m. on August 24, 2023.
Questions submitted after that date and time will not be answered. If applicable, answers citing the question asked, but not identifying the questioner, will be distributed to all known prospective vendors.
