Description
Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated ยง50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) is being issued to establish a contract with one qualified supplier who will provide a Forklift to the Georgia Vocational Rehabilitation Agency, Georgia Industries for the Blind (GIB) (hereinafter the State Entity) as further described in this eRFQ.
The purpose of this purchase/procurement is to establish an open-agency contract for a new forklift to be used both indoors and outdoors as noted per the detailed specifications.
