The Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC), as "Owner", on behalf the Georgia Building Authority ("Using Agency" or ''GBA''), is seeking firms interested in providing Construction Management at Risk Services for a project known as Project No. GBA-202 New Legislative Office Building & State Capitol Improvements. *Note: The selection process and requested deliverables for this solicitation have been significantly modified from the process firms may be accustomed to on previous GSFIC projects.
