Description
The Liberty County School System wishes to announce that we are requesting bids for Waldo Pafford Elementary School HVAC Upgrades Phase 1 under RFP 2024-05 by a firm authorized to do business in the State of Georgia. The advertising dates for this RFP 2024-05 are March 26, 2024, through April 30, 2024. Bids will be accepted prior to 10:30 AM. on April 30th, 2024, at which time they will be entered into a register. A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on April 10th, 2024, at 10:30 A.M., at Waldo Pafford Elementary School, 2550 W 15th St, Hinesville, GA 31313. All prospective bidders are required to attend.
