The Project consists of furnishing all labor and materials necessary for installing a new sanitary sewer from the existing sewer along Pates Creek southward toward Jodeco Road in McDonough, Georgia. The installation of this sanitary sewer includes a gravity sewer road crossing and all erosion and sedimentation control measures. The gravity sewer will be 8-inches, 12-inches, 15- inches, and 16-inches in diameter and estimated to be approximately 7,227 linear feet. In total, there is 120 linear feet of 24-inch steel casing, and 680 linear feet of 30-inch steel casing, both of which are a combination of open cut and trenchless installation. The project will also include the installation of 22 manholes. There are 2 phases to this project which are delineated on the plans.
