Purpose of Procurement: Campus Services (CSD), a division of Kennesaw State University (hereafter "KSU"), A Unit of the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia (Owner), is seeking Statements of Qualifications from firms interested in providing Task Order Contractor services (via the CM at-Risk with a GMP project delivery method) for certain small mechanical and/or electrical construction projects at KSU. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeks to identify qualified potential providers of the above-mentioned services. The intent is to issue a minimum of four to eight separate contracts for mechanical and or/electrical contractors for Task Order Contracting. However, KSU reserves the right to award less or more contracts upon their sole discretion.
