Location: Heathercrest Subdivision between Edgelawn Dr and Randall Rd including Heather Dr, Roanoak Ave, Sherwood Ave and Duncan Dr.

Proposed Improvement: Installation of 6,450’ of 8” Ductile Iron water main and other miscellaneous appurtenances all in accordance with the plans and specifications.

The City encourages minority business firms to submit proposals and encourages the successful contract bidder to utilize minority businesses as subcontractors for supplies, equipment, services, and construction.

The City of Aurora has a local preference ordinance that would apply to this contract.
