This solicitation is to establish a Blanket Order Contract to provide Tractor Rental as specified for the
Louisiana Department of Correction for an initial period beginning date of award and ending December
31, 2024. At the option of the State of Louisiana and acceptance by the Contractor, this contract may
be renewed for two additional 12-month periods at the same prices, terms and conditions. Total
contract time not to exceed 36 months.
