without this information may be deemed non-responsive.

Quotes will be received by the St. Tammany Parish Government Department of Procurement, located at

21454 Koop Dr., Suite 2F, Mandeville LA. 70471. The Procurement Department can be contacted by

telephone at (985) 898-2520, or via e-mail at Procurement@stpgov.org. St. Tammany Parish Government

reserves the right to reject any or all quotes and to waive informalities.
