TOWN OF ABITA SPRINGS
INTERCONNECTION WITH THE ARROWWOOD WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT
SEALED BIDS will be received by the Town of Abita Springs at the Town of Abita
Springs Town Hall, 22161 Level Street, Abita Springs, LA until 2:00 P.M. central
standard time on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, for Interconnection with the
Arrowwood Wastewater Treatment Plant. At the time and place stated above, all
bids received shall be publicly opened and read aloud. Any bid received after
closing time will be returned unopened.
The Contractor shall hold a Louisiana Contractor’s license in Municipal and Public
Works Construction.
Contract Documents are on file at the offices of Fairway Consulting and
Engineering office located at 827 West 22nd Avenue, Covington, LA 70433, (985)
231-5039 and are open for public inspection.
Electronic Copies (in Adobe portable document format) of Contract Documents
may be secured by bidders from the offices of Fairway Consulting and
Engineering at the address indicated above.
The bids shall be presented in a sealed envelope clearly marked:

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, March 21, 2024 at
2PM at the Town of Abita Springs Town Hall, 22161 Level Street, Abita Springs, LA.
The Town of Abita Springs reserves the right to reject any or all bids for cause,
pursuant to the provisions of LRS 38 – Public Bid Law.
