responsible bidder(s) meeting the specifications. The State further reserves the right to reject

* Furnish and install

* Unit price shall include cost and installation of a case

drain.

* Unit price shall include the cost and installation of the

fourteen (14) pin machine side wiring harness necessary

to install the cutter on the LDWF owned CAT 299XE

tracked loader.

* Unit price shall include the initial installation of all

required equipment, installation of the brush cutter on the

LDWF owned CAT 299XE tracked loader, and a function

test to assure the brush cutter is functioning correctly.

* If the awarded vendor's place of business is within a

twenty-five (25) mile radius of John Franks WMA, upon

the request, LDWF will transport the LDWF owned CAT

299XE tracked loader to the vendor’s business location for

installation and function testing of the cutter. If the

successful awarded vendor's business location is outside

WMA and do the required installation and function testing
