A MANDATORY pre-proposal meeting will be held onsite at South Portland Police Department on Thursday, December 7, 2023 at 10:00 AM. Bids will be received by the City of South Portland Purchasing Agent VIA EMAIL ONLY until 3:00 PM on Tuesday, December 21, 2023. Late proposals will not be accepted.
