Elevator Maintenance throughout St. Louis County
RFB -6011-0-2024/DMV
The Purchasing Division of St. Louis County, Minnesota (herein called the “County” or “Owner”),
invites bids in electronic or hard copy form. Bids may be submitted electronically through
DemandStar. If submitting electronically, all required documentation must be scanned into PDF
format as one document, and uploaded to DemandStar. If there are any questions on how to submit
electronically, you may contact DemandStar Supplier Services at 1-866-273-1863. A money order,
cashier’s check, and/or certified check may be utilized in lieu of a bid bond.
Scope of Work: The Intent of this Request for Bid is to provide St. Louis County with a qualified
Contractor to furnish all labor, materials and supplies within the time set forth herein for this Full
Service Elevator Maintenance Contract
Ordering Instructions: This package can be downloaded from DemandStar Corporation on our
website at https://www.demandstar.com.
Document Cost: fee, plus shipping and handling, for delivered hard copies for documents posted,
only, to the DemandStar Web site; $5.00 for any document package electronically downloaded
from the DemandStar Web site by members without subscriptions that include the St. Louis
County, MN Purchasing Division in their subscription service territory.
Bid Bond: 5%
Due Date/Time: 3/6/2024 1:00:00 PM Central
St. Louis County, MN - Purchasing Division must receive bids/proposals no later than said date
and time.
