Minnesota IT Services (MNIT), partnering with the MN Pollution Control Agency intend to enter into an agreement up to 12 months with VIRTUAL TECHNOLOGY LLC for continued, uninterrupted cloud services referred to as DOCS II SaaS, Enforcement License.
VIRTUAL TECHNOLOGY LLC, which includes DOCS II SaaS, DOCS II SaaS Enforcment License Date Storage and Analysis ALT 082 24 Image VEO’s at 60 min and Online Training Class Unlimited Students. The State believes these services are not available through third-party entities deeming this a sole source.
