WS-87 PETITON WATER AND SEWER ON STALLINGS AND GEER
The City of Durham will open sealed formal Bids submitted by Bidders 2:00 PM on Wednesday,
April 17th, 2024 for Contract WS-87, ‘PETITION WATER AND SEWER ON STALLINGS
AND GEER’, in 3rd floor 101 City Hall Plaza, Durham, North Carolina. This project involves
the furnishing of all materials, labor, equipment, tools, etc. unless otherwise specified, for the installation
of water and sewer mains and laterals on N. Stallings Road, S. Stallings Road and Geer Street.

PRE-BID CONFERENCE
Pre-bid meeting was previously held and no additional meeting will occur.
LICENSED BIDDERS
Each bidder must be licensed under Chapter 87 of the North Carolina General Statutes. The City
Council of the City of Durham reserves the right to reject any or all of the Bids. All bids must
include a non-collusion affidavit.
