WS-87 PETITON WATER & SEWER ON STALLINGS AND GEER
The City of Durham will open formal sealed bids submitted by bidders at 2:00 PM on Tuesday,
April 9, 2024 for Contract WS-87, ‘PETITION WATER & SEWER ON STALLINGS AND
GEER’, in 3rd floor 101 City Hall Plaza, Durham, North Carolina. This project involves the
furnishing of all materials, labor, equipment, tools, etc. unless otherwise specified, for the
installation of water and sewer mains and laterals on N. Stallings Road, S. Stallings Road and
Geer Street.

PRE-BID CONFERENCE
A virtual pre-bid conference will be conducted at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, March 26, 2024. The
pre-bid meeting for this project will be via ZOOM meeting for which the details will be
provided 24 hours in advance, on the project webpage:

LICENSED BIDDERS
Each bidder must be licensed under Chapter 87 of the North Carolina General Statutes. The City
Council of the City of Durham reserves the right to reject any or all of the Bids. All bids must
include a non-collusion affidavit.
