Foster Care and Adoption Programs: Consultation, legal advice, and representation in all legal matters arising under Article 44, Chapter 7B of the North Carolina General Statutes. 3. Adult Protective Services: Consultation, legal advice, and representation in all legal matters arising under North Carolina General Statutes 108A and 35. 4. Adult Guardianship Law: Consultation, legal advice, and representation in all legal matters arising under North Carolina General Statutes 35A. 5. Social Services Confidentiality Laws: Consultation and legal advice around matters pertaining to confidentiality of social services records. 6. Appellate Work as needed. |
