The Project is the Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department’s Northwest Division The building site is located at 1800 Mt Holly-Huntersville Rd., Charlotte, NC 28214. The Project consists of a new 16,000 square foot, single story facility. The scope includes, but is not limited to, the following:
a. Improvements to Mt Holly-Huntersville Road b. New driveway connections to Mt Holly-Huntersville Road, a visitor parking area and a gated/fenced in, staff/fleet parking area with underground piping to a storm water pond. c. An open air canopy for consisting of a pre-engineered, metal building structure with standing seam metal roof system. d. Electric Vehicle (EV) Service Equipment (EV charging station system). e. A ground mounted, 249kWh/year, 208V, 3-phase Photo-Voltaic (PV) solar array collector system. f. A Geothermal well field system with a packaged pump skid. |
