DPS is soliciting qualifications for consulting services to perform a comprehensive Facilities Condition
Assessment of district schools and facilities, listed on Attachment A, to ascertain the present condition of each facility (building, campus site, and access to surrounding community) and to assist the School District in forecasting capital funding requirements to address deficiencies. The assessment will also be used to establish priorities for the maintenance, repair, enhancement, or replacement of facilities and their component systems. As part of the assessment, the consulting firm will evaluate the feasibility of the existing facilities to comply with District Policy 9000, Planning for Facility Needs. |
