The Town of Holly Springs is seeking a Statement of Qualifications from licensed Engineering firms for
professional services to complete an overall stormwater drainage basin study to evaluate current developed conditions and provide recommended alternatives to minimize localized flooding in the Earp Street neighborhood drainage basin. Work will include but is not limited to assessing current neighborhood storm drainage networks, identifying opportunities to install stormwater control measure (SCM), evaluation of existing HEC-HMS and HEC-RAS models, evaluation of hydraulic and hydrological conditions, engineering, planning, design, analysis, cost estimating, surveying, and data collection. |
