A qualified firm will be selected to provide geotechnical investigations and recommendations in support of the construction, construction materials inspection and testing services, special inspection services, and any third-party inspection services required for construction permits. Proposed offerors must prove that they possess the requisite experience, skills, technical and administrative capability, and capacity to participate in a team approach to project delivery. |
