The University of Nebraska is seeking information from newly interested and/or currently approved vendors to provide alcoholic beverage catering service at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (UNL). The Vice Chancellor for Business and Finance maintains a list of authorized beverage caterers who have met all the required criteria; this list is used to select suppliers for on campus and other authorized functions. Service dates will begin May 1, 2024, through April 30, 2025, for a period of one (1) year.
