The University of Nebraska is requesting proposals from qualified bidders to provide all material and labor for:

1. Building Demolition including footings foundations and all appurtenances.
2. Pavement removal and grading each zone to specified elevations.
3. Placing Concrete paving as shown on the plans
4. Removing and replacing concrete curb and gutters.
5. Removing and replacing sidewalk panels.
6. Removing and Replacing ADA Ramps.
7. Installation of pavement, storm sewer, and landscaping as shown on the plans.
8. Irrigation as described on the plans.
