The University of Nebraska is requesting proposals from qualified bidders to provide all material and labor to remove and replace existing roofing systems, metals and flashing with new fully adhered 60 mil EPDM, 20-year warranty roofing system. Alternate to provide and install 90 mil EPDM Membrane Roofing and Roof Insulation Adhered System with the manufacturer’s standard 30-year warranty and installation details. Upgrade the Sheet Metal warranty from 20 years to 30 years. Alternate to provide and install Primer on all concrete roof decks prior to installing insulation system. Alternate to provide and install 3/4” exterior grade plywood and 24-gauge pre-finished metal coping cap at the parapet walls of Roof “A”.
