PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The State of Nebraska (State), Department of Health and Human Services, is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) Number 118660 O3 for the purpose of selecting a qualified Contractor to provide receipt, storage, and distribution of USDA commodity food to schools across Nebraska. A more detailed description can be found in Sections V and VI. The resulting contract may not be an exclusive contract as the State reserves the right to contract for the same or similar services from other sources now or in the future.

Written Questions regarding the project are due no later than April 22, 2024.
