INVITATION FOR PREQUALIFICATION OF DESIGN-BUILD SPORT FACILITY CONTRACTORS
The City of Manchester, New Hampshire, through the Department of Public Works (DPW), Parks,
Recreation, and Cemetery Division (Division), invites running track Contractors with extensive
experience and capabilities in designing and constructing sports facilities to submit a confidential
"Prequalification Statement" for the project described below.

Livingston Track Renovations FY24-650-40 Summary
The City of Manchester's Parks, Recreation, and Cemetery Division (PRC) seeks design-build
Contractors to rehabilitate a running track, field events, associated track complex infrastructure, and
other miscellaneous improvements. The City intends to create a track facility that hosts track and field
events and allows residential use for health promotion.
Field event areas include discus, shot put, long jump, high jump, and pole vault. All areas must meet or
exceed current New Hampshire Interscholastic Athletic Association standards for track and field. The
Contractor must design the track and field event areas for early spring use, including proper drainage
and surfaces compatible with New Hampshire winter/spring.
The Division intends to award in May 2024 or earlier, with design services starting in June 2024. Only
pre-qualified contractors will be allowed to submit a proposal for the project.
