Pursuant to this public advertisement, we, the undersigned, hereby declare that we have carefully examined the attached bid, specifications and all bid form sheets attached hereto, dated 03/12/2024 for RFP # 24-049: To Provide Engineering and Design Services for the Replacement of the Label Street Culvert as per specifications in the request for proposals.
