The State of Nevada, Department of Administration, State Public Works Division/Buildings and Grounds (B&G) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide Janitorial Services for the following buildings located in Southern Nevada: Mineral 500 E Warm Springs Rd, Eureka 7251 Amigo St, Lincoln 7150 Pollock Dr., Washoe 7160 Bermuda Rd, Lander 505 E. Capovilla Ave, White Pine 7090 Pollock Dr, Churchill 490 E Capovila Ave, Nevada 1 State of Nevada Way, Las Vegas, Nevada, as described in the scope of work and attachments. Vendors must attend a mandatory site visit on January 24, 2024, starting at 8:00 a.m. in order to submit a proposal. Deadline to submit the Site Visit Registration Form is on January 23, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. The contract will be for a 4 years term. See attached documentation for full details and instructions.
