Item Information

Item # 1:


This solicitation is to establish a Two (2)-Year Open Term Contract for the printing and mailing of the Nevada State Historical Calendar. Contract period will be from April 1, 2024 through March 31, 2026 and will include the printing and mailing of the 2025 and 2026 calendars. Prices MUST be held firm during the two (2)-year contract period. Award will be made to only one (1) vendor. Calendars must be completed and delivered by approximately October 18 of each year of the contract. If agreeable to all parties, two (2) one (1)-year extensions will be allowed.
