Notice To Bidders
The Town of Colonie (“Town”) invites bids for the following:
RFB Pool Concession Stand Items 2024 DB190 14501-14503
Sealed bids will be received at the Office of Purchasing, Memorial Town Hall, Latham,
NY 12110 until 4/17/2024 11:00:00 AM local time. At that time and place all bids will be publicly
opened and read aloud.
All bidders shall comply with the N.Y. Gen. Mun. Law §103.
Beginning on 4/3/2024, the contract documents for the proposed project will be on file
and publicly exhibited at the Office of Purchasing, 534 New Loudon Road, Memorial Town Hall,
Latham, NY 12110. Copies of said documents may be obtained at that address. Complete bid
documents may also be available for download from the Empire State Purchasing Group’s web
site at http://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york.
The Town reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all bids submitted.
