INVITATION TO BID FOR ACQUIRE AIRPORT SUPPORT EQUIPMENT AT LANCASTER AIRPORT LITITZ, PENNSYLVANIA Sealed bids for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment and performing all work for the above items will be received by the Lancaster Airport Authority until 2:00 P.M. local time, Tuesday, April 16, 2024 in the Lancaster Airport Authority office located at 500 Airport Road, Suite G, Lititz, PA, 17543. The successful bidder must comply with provisions set out in this contract including Equal Employment Opportunity, and Department of Labor Requirements. Plans, Specifications, and other Contract Documents are open to the public at the Lancaster Airport by appointment only. A pre-bid ZOOM meeting will be held on Thursday, April 11, 2024 at 9:00 am. Link included in bid package and available online. Bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the date of receiving bids. The successful bidder shall commence work with adequate force and equipment on a date to be specified in a written order of the Owner and shall complete work within the time prescribed in the contract documents.
