INVITATION TO BID COCALICO CREEK SEWAGE PUMPING STATION & FORCE MAIN IMPROVEMENTS Project 23-09-001 The work is generally defined as COCALICO CREEK SEWAGE PUMPING STATION & FORCE MAIN IMPROVEMENTS. The work is in West Earl Township and will consist of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment and performing all work required for the construction of the Cocalico Creek Sewage Pumping Station & Force Main Improvements as identified in the project manual. The work will be divided between three (3) prime contracts, General Construction Contract, Electrical Construction Contract, and HVAC Construction Contract. The Owner is the LANCASTER AREA SEWER AUTHORITY, 130 CENTERVILLE ROAD, LANCASTER PA 17603, Telephone 717-344-5830. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted via PennBid’s “Questions” tab. No questions will be accepted by phone, fax or direct e-mail. Online sealed bids for the construction will be received by the Lancaster Area Sewer Authority via the PennBid Program (www.PennBid.procurewar e.com ) until SEPTEMBER 14, 2023 at 11:00 am prevailing time at which time and place, said bids will be visible once sealed bids are opened. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:30 am prevailing time, August 3, 2023, at the office of the Authority at 130 Centerville Road, Lancaster, PA 17603. Copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained at no cost at www.PennBid.procureware.com . Each Bid must be accompanied by a scan of the Bid security in the form of a certified check, bank check or Bid bond (in the required form) for 10% of the Bid total. The lowest responsible bidder shall submit the actual Bid Security to the Authority within three (3) business days after bid opening.
